About C.C. Lacasse

C.C. Lacasse is a children’s author with a lifelong passion for storytelling, art, and the wonder of childhood. With more than a decade of experience teaching and working in childcare—especially with kindergarten and pre-K students—she has spent countless hours encouraging little learners to explore, imagine, and create. Those years in the classroom inspired her to write stories that not only entertain but also nurture curiosity, creativity, and confidence in young readers.

She recently transitioned into elementary education as a paraprofessional. Through her writing, C.C. hopes to spark laughter, imagination, and meaningful conversations between children and the adults who read with them.

When she’s not writing or sketching new ideas, C.C. enjoys reading, exploring new creative projects, and finding inspiration in the everyday magic of childhood. She is excited to continue building a library of stories that inspire both kids and the grown-ups who love them.
